Our Delivery Policy & Delivery Estimates
Make sure you are leaving enough time for your flowers to arrive when you want them to. We can generally deliver by your preferred delivery date if enough time has been left for us to get them there.
We do not run deliveries that cross over weekends as we cannot guarantee freshness. We will book it into Mondays courier run instead if you choose this option by mistake.
Same day shipping is available only if flowers are in stock, our cut off is 10am each day.
Brisbane metro - Free same day delivery is available to Brisbane areas, but the lead time can expand to a further day at the latest if there is a delay beyond our control.
QLD Rural and NSW - Other areas receive next business day delivery and can expand out to two days at the latest. If there is a suburb you are unsure of, please contact us via the contact page or the chat function on the bottom right of the page and we can give you an idea of delivery times.
All of our deliveries are sent via a courier company. They are refrigerated and sent in safe boxes and are fully tracked.
Our same day cut off is 10:00am or until sold out. If we sell out, your order will default into the next business days orders as a high priority.
Orders that request same day when it is not applicable to that location, or it was placed after the daily cut-off of 10:00am will default into the next business day also.
All orders are delivered via a courier and follow an efficient routed journey, in between the business hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm. They are not sent individually, so no times can be promised. Ensure that you provide a delivery address that the recipient will actually receive the flowers. You will be notified once your order has been placed on it's courier route. Contacting several times actually makes us get behind on our workload, so please be patient. We promise we are on it, and we will contact you when it's ready. Check your emails and ensure the emails are not going to the junk folder.
As we rely on third party couriers, we cannot always get the flowers there on time, sometimes it may be a little after 5pm, and sometimes it may be a day later due to a courier issue. You will be given a courier link to track your flowers, please refer to the link to track your flowers, once they have been sent, we have no jurisdiction over how fast they deliver the flowers and what time of day they do it.
When you make a purchase from Blooming Blossoms, we assume fairly that you have read the delivery policy and that you are aware of all the terms stated. It is your responsibility as a consumer to make sure that purchases you make through our business are right for you and your circumstances and are right for the recipient you have chosen. We don't accept any liability for your incorrect choice, should it not be a suitable gift or if the delivery times do not suit your individual circumstances.
It is the consumer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided to us is correct. If the delivery address is not correct, we will only make one reasonable attempt at delivering to the original address provided to us, on the day of delivery. Should the person not be home, we place the flowers near to their door and in the shade/out of street view, if possible. We are not responsible for any loss of the flowers, incurred at the property after the delivery has been made.
If you provide us with the incorrect delivery address and a re-delivery to another address needs to be made, the re-delivery is organised by the courier company in conjunction with Blooming Blossoms. The re-delivery may not happen on the same day. The re-delivery date is at the discretion of Blooming Blossoms.
